Speed Set For the Stands

Blades boss Gary Speed will spend Saturday evening's game in the dugout after a disciplinary hearing.

Speed, just ten games into his managerial career will be forced to settle for the stands after an incident at the Championship enounter at home to Watford earlier this month.

The Welshman had to appear at Wembley yesterday for the hearing which also saw him pick up a 2,000 fine. In recent history, the most notorious Blades manager to spend time in the stands was Neil Warnock, who even sat through the opening games of the Premier League season alongside the directors whilst serving a touchline ban.
