Reid Just Wants To Play Games

Reid Just Wants To Play Games

Andy Reid, the Blades hero of the weekend claims he just wants to play football.

The Irish international has struggled with injuries over the past 18 months, put put himself back in the picture with a stunning strike on Saturday.

Despite struggling with a hamstring issue initially, the Sunderland loanee insists he`s happy at Bramall Lane.

"Life`s good at Sheffield," Reid said.

"Everyone`s been good to me, the manager, the players, fans, everybody. So it`s enjoyable. I want to get games in and see how it goes from there. I`m just going to get on with playing football and let people who deal with that side of things sort that out. Just get on the pitch and play. That`s all I want to do."

Reid`s initial deal was for just one month, but there`s the option to extend the deal under the emergency loan rule until January.
