No Royal Visit for United

No Royal Visit for United

Sheffield United`s Championship encounter against Reading has been postponed.

The game, scheduled for this Saturday has had to be called off due to the area surrounding the stadium with the recent snowfall in South Yorkshire.

The pitch itself is playable, but with hefty snow drifts all around the stadium, as it is across the city, officials made the decision to call the game off early.

With no game at Bramall Lane this Saturday, what will you do?

It would provide an excellent chance to get that Christmas shopping done, but if you`re one of the sensible ones who ordered online then other entertainment will be required. There`s no game at Doncaster Rovers, as their derby against Barnsley has also been postponed early.

What will I do? mess about doing jobs about the place that have needed doing for sometime and get really fed up by about 3pm. A Saturday with no game to go to - though we have no snow down here in the South West - is a waste of a day.
