SUFC Robinson leads way in open market

SUFC Robinson leads way in open market

Another week has passed and Sheffield United fans still seem no nearer to finding out who their next manager will be.

The club have indicated that interviews are happening for the job vacated by Danny Wilson in April.

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson still leads the betting market with SkyBet. Robinson is 4/7 on for the job.

Former player and Coach Stuart McCall continues to distance himself from the job but it seems strange that he continues to be linked whilst denying any approach from United.

McCall is in charge at Motherwell and with the Scottish Premier League finishing this weekend, are United just waiting for it all to be over?

Caretaker manager Chris Morgan is 14/1, whilst Chris Wilder, who was favourite for the job just over a week ago is now 25/1.

One surprise name in the betting is Les Ferdinand at 33/1.

Yes, me too though I still think Morgs will get it. Needs to get done sooner rather than later though. Given the well publicised cut backs for next season, I wouldnt be surprised if Russell Slade turned up.

I once listening to someone from the betting industry, who said, only a very small wager would massively change the odds. Someones had 50p each way on him.
