Akinbiyi Admits bust-up!

Akinbiyi Admits bust-up!

Sheffield United striker Ade Akinbiyi has admitted a confrontation took place between himself and Claude Davis. It was reported in the Daily Mail that the confrontation lasted around two minutes. There were also reports that a razor blade was seen at the incident but Akinbiyi neither denied or confirmed the report, 'I'm not saying he did or didn't pull out a razor. There was a row that lasted about two minutes'. Akinbiyi went on to add, 'There was a lot of argy bargy but that was about it'.

According to BBC Sport the row emerged after Akinbiyi made comments to Davis after the latter's sending off against Everton. The Blades have said they will conduct an internal investigation in to the matter.

Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock has dismissed the claims however. He was quoted as saying, 'I don't know anything about this whatsoever, and I'm close enough to know if something like that had happened. It sounds like rubbish'. We will have to wait and see if he's right.

Can't believe Akinbiyi's talked to the papers! If stories true Davis could be in trouble. Know who I'd rather see leave the club though!
