Blades held by Orient

Sheffield United dropped their first points in five games as Leyton Orient held them to a 0-0 draw at home.

United struggled to break down the Orient defence and Ryan Flynn came closest to breaking the deadlock, when his strike came back of a post.

The Blades enjoyed most of the first half with Dominic Poleon, who was making his first start for the club since signing on loan from Leeds also seeing an effort go wide.

Blades keeper George Long had to be on his toes when he twice denied Orient with a double save but it was a disappointing evening in front of goal.

The draw sees United drop down to second in League One.
