Blades beaten at Crewe

Sheffield United lost for the second time in four days as Crewe beat them 1-0 at Gresty Road.

Caretaker manager Chris Morgan made five changes to the side that were beaten 3-0 at Portsmouth at the weekend.

The only goal of the game came early in the second half when on loan Arsenal midfielder Chuks Aneke scored with a long-range strike.

United can now finish no higher than fourth, as they prepare for their final League One game of the season against Preston North End at Bramall Lane on Saturday.
